Learnetic SA is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its educational platform, EdTool, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 4, 2019, on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) guidelines.

Request Procedure
Every user has the right to:

Request the provision of inaccessible information in an alternative format (e.g., reading a document aloud, preparing a transcript, providing material in text format).
The request should include:

Indication of the exact URL or lesson module on the platform.

Indication of a convenient format for providing the material (if applicable).
Requests are processed without delay, no later than within 7 days from the date of submission. If meeting this deadline is not possible, the entity will inform the applicant and specify a new deadline (not exceeding 2 months).
Appeal Procedure
If the entity refuses to fulfill a request to ensure accessibility or to provide an alternative form of access, and the applicant considers that their rights have been violated, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman).
